Ingredients
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1Â 3/4 c. oat bran
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
- 3/4 c. carrot grated
- 1 med banana mashed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. walnuts optional
Directions
- Mix togwether skim lowfat milk, oat bran, and flour. Mix Large eggs, carrots, and banana. add in remainning ingred, mix together then stir in oat bran mix.
- Mix unti moistenned. Pour into 12 ltly. oiled muffin tins. Bake 350 for 18-20 minutes.
