Directions

  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt, sugar, apricots and nuts. Put together bananas, lowfat milk, egg and butter; stir into dry ingredients just till blended. Pour batter into a greased 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 min, then turn out on rack and cool thoroughly.
