  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in large eggs. Mix in bananas. Add in sour lowfat milk then sifted flour with baking soda and salt. Let batter stand in bread pans for 20 min before baking. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Can also add in nuts.
