Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Jamaica rum
  • 1 ounce Brandy
  • 1 ounce Madeira
  • 1 whl Egg
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk Nutmeg to taste

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into a collins glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
