Balsamic Pork Chops with Rosemary Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 about 2 pounds boneless center cut pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried -- chopped if using fresh
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on Medium-high. Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops; sear until golden brown, 2-3 minutes each side. Transfer pork chops to large baking dish or casserole.
  3. Return skillet to heat.
  4. Add rosemary and vinegar, bring to boil;mmediately pour over top of pork chops.
  5. Bake on center rack until pork reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes. Insert thermometer into the thickest part of the meat.
