Ingredients

  • 3 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Stone grnd corn meal
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill
  • 4 ounce Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 x Lemon, juice of Fresh grnd black pepper.

Directions

  1. Boil water and salt. add in stone grnd corn meal, cook several min.
  2. Stir in minced fresh dill and feta cheese.
  3. Serve topped with tomato sauce, adjusted as follows: To 1 c. tomato sauce add in the juice of 1/2 lemon plus fresh grnd black pepper.
