- Orange syrup
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 25g sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- Filling
- 400ml cream
- 50g sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- Frosting/Ganache
- 200ml low fat cream
- 125g dark couverture
- 1 tsp Cointreau or zest of 1 orange
- Slivered almonds, orange slices for topping
