Ingredients

8 c. all-purpose Flour
1 1/4 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk carnation
1/4 c. Baking pwdr

1 Tbsp. Salt
2 c. Shortening

Directions

Combine flour, lowfat milk, baking pwdr, and salt in a very large bowl. Cut in shortening till it resembles coarse cornmeal. Store in tightly closed covered container in a cold place.
