Ingredients
- 3Â 1/4 c. Flour, All-Purpose unsifted
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Mix together. You will need to cover tightly and store. Stir before using.
- NOTES : I have found it to be heavier and it doesn't brown as nicely during baking as the real thing. It does satisfy the craving for those recipes which call for Bisquick!
- For shortcakes, with 2 1/4 c. mix add in 2/3 c. skim lowfat milk
