Ingredients

  • 125g golden marzipan
  • 250g plain flour
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 115g soft butter
  • 115g Tate & Lyle Fairtrade Caster Sugar {I used 100g}
  • 75g Lyle’s Golden Syrup
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 large lime {or 1 large lemon}, grated zest
  • Icing:
  • 1 tbsp lime juice {lemon juice}
  • 75g Tate & Lyle Fairtrade Icing Sugar
