  • 200g low fat cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 200g quark
  • 100g raspberry fruit filling {Del Monte}
  • Dark Chocolate Ganache Topping
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 100g low fat cream
  • Filigree
  • 75g dark chooclate
