Ingredients
- 4 sqs. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Microwave chocolate and butter on high for 2 min or possibly till butter is melted. Stir in sugar, fold in the large eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour and nuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min. Note: If you want cake like brownies stir in 1/2 cup lowfat milk with the large eggs and vanilla and use 1 1/2 cups flour.
