Directions

  1. Place whole chicken in cooking bag. Add in garlic, carrots, onion, potatoes, green pepper, wine and soy sauce. Lightly salt and pepper. Punch about 5 holes in cooking bag. Bake on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Let sit about 5 - 10 min before cutting.
