Directions

  1. Combine dry beef and lowfat milk in mixing bowl. Cut yams in half lengthwise and scoop out centers. Combine yams, beef-lowfat milk mix, onion, and butter. Beat till light and fluffy. Fill yam shells with mix. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 20 min.
