Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. scallops, quartered
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed like bread crumbs
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3 shakes salt
- 3 shakes pepper
- 3 shakes garlic pwdr
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
Directions
- Heat butter and add in crushed crackers and bread crumbs, plus seasoning. Mix in the cut up scallops and place in a 2 qt casserole dish. Pour 1/2 pint of heavy cream over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour. Top will be golden. Recipe can also be used with boneless, skinned chicken pcs. Serves 4.
