Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/3 c. raisins
Directions
- Beat together large eggs, brown sugar, salt, vanilla and nutmeg. Add in lowfat milk, rice and raisins. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till custard is set and top is light brown. Cool. Serve with whipped cream if you like. Makes 6 servings.
