Ingredients

  • 1 12-14 ounce package extra-firm tofu, drained and frozen (I use Mori-Nu tofu)
  • 2-3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons ranch seasoning
