Finally! Quick and easy baked potatoes!

  • 10 small, clean baking potatoes, wrapped in foil
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Pour 2 cups water into pot of a 6-quart electric pressure cooker.
  2. Place heat-proof metal trivet inside.
  3. Layer in foil-wrapped potatoes.
  4. Close and lock lid per cooker instructions.
  5. Set for high pressure, 15 minutes.
  6. Natural pressure release is recommended for potatoes/beans/rice.
  7. Enjoy!
