- 300 g pork or beef, 1 onion, 30g oil, salt, pepper, oil in a greased bowl, 400g of potatoes, 250 g tomatoes, 2 dl sour cream
Directions
- The meat cut into small cubes or strips. Finely chopped onions and spinach in fat, add meat and fry. Pour a little water until soft and choke. Season with salt and pepper. In unpeeled boiled potatoes clean and cut into circles. Tomatoes, cut into pieces. Alternately store in a greased bowl, cover with sour cream and bake in a preheated oven.
