Ingredients
5 lrg potatoes, cooked and diced
6 slc bacon, cooked and
1 1/2 x shredded cheddar cheese
1 pt lowfat sour cream
2 bn minced green, onions (sauteed in grease) salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 min at 325 .
Serves10-12.
