Ingredients

  • 5 lrg potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 6 slc bacon, cooked and
  • 1 1/2 x shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt lowfat sour cream
  • 2 bn minced green, onions (sauteed in grease) salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 min at 325 .
  2. Serves10-12.
