Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1 x 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, 2 Large eggs beaten with juice
  • 1/8 c. butter
  • 1 c. white bread cubed

Directions

  1. Mix vanilla, sugar, flour, Large eggs and pineapple together. Saute/fry bread in melted butter till golden. Add in bread to mix. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use egg substitutes. The rest of the ingredients are pretty much necessary.
