Ingredients

  • 4 lrg or possibly 8 small ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 c. toasted wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Dessert Spice Blend (See separate recipe) Or possibly grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F
  2. Arrange the sliced peaches in a baking dish. Mix the wheat germ, sugar and spice blend together in a small bowl and sprinkle over the peaches. Cover with foil or possibly lid. Bake, 10 to 15 min or possibly till peaches are warm. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
  3. Variation: This simple dessert works with just about any ripe fruit or possibly combination of fruits: pears, apples, pineapple or possibly mangoes.
