Ingredients

  • 4 x Mini corn cobs
  • 50 gm Butter, (2oz)
  • 2 tsp Fresh red chilli, finely minced Salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas mark 7.
  2. Place the corn cobs on a large piece of foil on a baking tray.
  3. Butter them generously, sprinkle over the refrigerateand season well.
  4. Seal the foil around the corn cobs and bake for 45-50 min, till tender.
  5. NOTES : A quick and simple snack idea with a spicy note.
