Directions

  1. Mix grnd beef, parsley flakes, soy sauce, garlic pwdr, chopped onions, corn flakes, large eggs, ketchup and pepper and form cocktail size meatballs, place in a 11 x 13 pan. Place all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, I use a wire whisk. Pour sauce ingredients over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees till somewhat brown on top, about 40-45 min, I stir occasionally to make sure they brown evenly.
