Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Coat a 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 - 15 min, till tender. Drain. Meanwhile microwave cabbage 6 min or possibly till soft. Drain and set aside. Mash potatoes. Add in cream cheese, lowfat milk and salt. Mash till smooth. Texture will be runny. Mix in green onions and cabbage. Add in pepper to taste. Spread mix in baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.. Bake, uncovered, 35 - 45 min or possibly till golden brown. Let stand 10 min.
