Directions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add in water to syrup to make 1 cup. Put together sugar, mustard, cloves and syrup mix. Slash edges of ham and place in a baking dish. Cover with pineapple. Pour syrup mix gently over and around ham. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Add in liquid removed sweet potatoes and bake an additional 30 min. Baste 2 to 3 times. Serves 2.
