Ingredients
- 16 slices of bread
- 3/4 pound ham, sliced
- 1/2 pound cheese
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 4 hard boiled large eggs
Directions
- Remove crust from bread. Place 8 in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Put 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread. Put other slice of bread on top.Beat large eggs and lowfat milk together. Pour over the sandwiches. Chill overnight. Remove in the morning for several hrs before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour sauce over sandwiches when serving.
