Ingredients
- 2Â 1/4 c. Apple cider or possibly juice
- 1/2 c. Grand Marnier
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1Â 1/2 lb Halibut fillets*
Directions
- *Or possibly any hard white fish.
- Preheat oven to 400 .
- Boil 2 c. apple juice and Grand Marnier till reduced by 1/2; 15 to 20 min. Combine cornstarch and remaining apple juice; stir into warm liquid and cook till thickened. Stir in orange and lemon juices.
- Arrange fish in baking dish, adding water to cover bottom. Cover and bake till just done, about 20 min. Pour sauce over before serving.
- Makes 4 servings.
