Ingredients

  • 1 doz. large eggs (may be beaten the night before)
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pound grated Cheddar or possibly any yellow cheese (Swiss too)
  • 2 cans mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 1 pound crumbled prefried ham or possibly bacon

Directions

  1. Into beaten large eggs, stir cheeses, mushrooms, bacon and onion. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake another 15 min or possibly till hard.
