Ingredients
- 10 hard boiled large eggs
- 3 cans asparagus
- 2 cans deviled ham
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 T cream
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 T butter
- 6 T flour
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions
- Slice large eggs, remove yolks, and blend with 3/4 tsp mustard, cream salt, pepper, ham, Worcestershire, and onion. Stuff the large eggs with mix. Heat butter; add in flour and lowfat milk to make white sauce. Cook 5 min till thick. Add in cheese and 1/4 tsp dry mustard, 1 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper. Put asparagus in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Put large eggs on top and pour on sauce. Mix corn flakes with 2 tbsp butter and put on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Serves 12.
