%20so%20it's%20like%20they're%20good%20for%20you.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20make%20doughnuts%20maybe%20every%20few%20weeks,%20all%20different%20types.%20On%20this%20blog%20alone%20I've%20posted%20ten%20different%20recipes,%20and%20that%20doesn't%20include%20the%20ones%20we%20ate%20before%20I%20remembered%20to%20take%20pictures%20(oops).%20Lemon%20doughnuts,%20spudnuts%20(potato%20doughnuts),%20pumpkin%20doughnuts%20with%20cinnamon%20glaze,%20grapefruit%20and%20olive%20oil%20doughnuts,%20cinnamon%20doughnuts%20with%20hot%20chocolate%20dipping%20sauce,%20margarita%20doughnuts,%20and%20apple%20cider%20doughnuts...are%20some%20of%20them,%20oh%20my!%20You%20could%20say%20I%20have%20a%20problem%20but%20really,%20these%20are%20all%20so%20good%20I%20would%20make%20them%20again%20tomorrow.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI've%20been%20making%20more%20baked%20doughnuts%20though%20because%20I%20don't%20keep%20a%20pot%20of%20oil%20hanging%20around%20the%20house%20because%20then%20I%20will%20have%20fried%20pickles,%20fried%20mozzarella%20sticks,%20and%20who%20knows%20what%20else%20tempting%20me.%20Baked%20doughnuts%20are%20also%20not%20yeast%20raised%20and%20so%20they're%20quicker%20to%20make,%2030%20minutes%20tops%20usually%20before%20the%20first%20batch%20is%20out%20of%20the%20oven,%20from%20start%20to%20finish.%20So%20last%20weekend%20I%20was%20thinking%20about%20doughnuts%20and%20decided%20to%20make%20these.%20I%20altered%20the%20recipe%20so%20it%20only%20made%20five%20because%20if%20I'm%20making%20doughnuts%20I%20don't%20need%20a%20dozen%20and%20I%20don't%20know%20the%20neighbors%20that%20well.%20So...between%20my%20husband,%20my%20son,%20and%20I%20we%20managed%20to%20take%20care%20of%20just%20five%20doughnuts%20pretty%20easily%20:).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDark%20Chocolate%20Doughnuts%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%205%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Preheat%20oven%20to%20375F.%20In%20a%20medium%20bowl,%20stir%20together%20the%20flour,%20sugar,%20cocoa%20powder,%20baking%20soda,%20and%20vanilla.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Stir%20in%20the%20egg,%20yogurt,%20milk,%20and%20butter%20until%20blended%20and%20smooth.%20Stir%20in%20the%20chocolate%20chips.%20Using%20a%20piping%20bag%20or%20a%20spoon%20divide%20the%20batter%20evenly%20between%205%20doughnut%20cavities%20of%20a%20standard%20sized%20doughnut%20pan%20that%20has%20been%20lightly%20greased.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Bake%20for%208-9%20minutes%20or%20until%20the%20doughnuts%20spring%20back%20when%20touched%20lightly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20In%20a%20small%20bowl%20whisk%20together%20the%20powdered%20sugar,%20milk,%20and%20vanilla%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20After%20the%20doughnuts%20have%20cooled%201-2%20minutes,%20dip%20in%20the%20glaze%20then%20let%20the%20glaze%20harden%20slightly%20before%20serving.%20Serve%20warm,%20preferably%20these%20should%20be%20eaten%20within%20an%20hour%20or%20the%20glaze%20will%20soak%20in%20too%20much%20and%20they%20may%20become%20soggy.%20If%20you%20are%20not%20going%20to%20be%20eating%20these%20right%20after%20baking%20then%20wait%20to%20put%20the%20glaze%20on%20until%20right%20before%20serving%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20adapted%20from%20Buns%20In%20My%20Oven%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDon't%20forget%20to%20follow%20me%20on%20Blog%20Lovin'%20or%20using%20one%20of%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20buttons%20at%20the%20top%20of%20the%20page%20so%20you%20don't%20miss%20a%20recipe!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
