Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg or possibly cinnamon
Directions
- Put lowfat milk in 1 qt bowl. Add in large eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer till smooth. Pour into five 6 ounce custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg or possibly cinnamon. Arrange cups in circle in microwave oven. Cook on simmer (50% power) for 9 to 12 min. Remove each cup as it begins to bubble, and is almost set in center. Let stand for 5 min before serving. Serve warm or possibly cold.
