Baked Chicken & Stuffing


A quick and easy meal. I threw this together very last minute.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Stouffer's Stuffing Mix
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray
  3. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces
  4. Place chicken in baking dish
  5. Combine soup and milk and pour over chicken
  6. Mix stuffing mix with butter and chicken broth
  7. Put stuffing mix on top of chicken and soup
  8. Cook for 30 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through)
