Ingredients
- 3 x -4 lb chicken, cut up
- 2 x onions, minced
- 1 x green pepper, minced
- 1 jar pimento, diced
- 3/4 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/8 tsp dry red pepper
- 1 sm jar stuffed green olives, liquid removed
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 x chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 c. peas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 c. long grain rice
Directions
- Mix salt, pepper, and paprika together. Season chicken with this mix. Put all ingredients except rice in Dutch oven. Cover and cook at 300 for about 2-3 hrs. Add in rice and cook at 375 for 1 hour. Water may be needed near end of cooking.
