Directions

  1. Clean chicken well and place in a large casserole dish. Salt and pepper chicken. Layer potatoes, carrots, onion and mushrooms. Slice butter and put over layers. Crumble up soup mix over the top. Add in 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Easy and good.
