Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken pcs (breast halves, thighs, drumsticks)
  • Non stick cooking spray
  • 2 T skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Remove skin from chicken. Rinse. Pat dry. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Arrange the chicken, meaty side up, in dish. Brush with lowfat milk.In a small bowl mix the spices. Sprinkle over chicken.
  2. Bake in a 375 degree oven, 45 to 55 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
