Ingredients
- 4 med Bananas
- 1/2 pt Greek lowfat yoghurt
- Â Â Maple syrup
- 4 ounce Bitter chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. Double cream
- 1 Tbsp. Golden brown syrup
- 1 ounce Unsalted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to gas 5.
- Bake the bananas on a baking sheet for about 20 min, till black.
- Split the bananas open and top with lowfat yoghurt and maple syrup or possibly, for a naughtier version, top with thick cream and chocolate sauce.
