Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon, minced
- 1 x onion, finely minced
- 2 x (15 oz) cans baked beans
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
Directions
- 1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat till proportionately brown. Add in the onion and saute/fry till tender. Drain excess oil, if you like. Stir in the beans, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Cook, stirring occasionally, till bubbly.
