Ingredients

Cost per serving $0.32 view details
  • 5 Slices Hickory-Smoked Bacon, cut lengthwise in half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 10 thin Breadsticks (store-bought in a box package)
  • Ranch Salad Dressing, for dipping

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 250*.
  2. Pour the parmesan cheese onto a flat surface (I use my counter); make sure that the cheese is leveled out evenly. Coat one side of a bacon slice with cheese. Gently roll coated side of bacon diagonally around the breadstick. Next, roll the breadstick in cheese. (Gentleness is required! These thins breadsticks will break if too much pressure is applied). Repeat with the remaining bacon, cheese, and breadsticks.
  3. Carefully place the bacon sticks on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake, at 250*, for 1 hour or until golden brown; cool slightly.
  5. Serve with Ranch Dressing.
