Bacon Cheddar Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 20 slices white bread (crust removed)
  • 1 can Eagle lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1 1/2 lbs. bacon
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Roll bread flat with rolling pin. Set aside.In small bowl mix Eagle lowfat milk, mustard and Worcestershire. Cut bacon slices in half. Lay 3 bacon slices side by side on flat surface. Place slice of flattened bread on top, then 1 T lowfat milk mix and sprinkle with 1 T Cheddar cheese. Roll. Secure with toothpicks. Refrigerate.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut between bacon slices. Place on broiler tray. Bake 30 min.
