Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Oscar Mayer lower-sodium bacon - (16 ounce) cut 1/2" pcs
  • 8 ounce mushrooms sliced
  • 6 x green onions sliced
  • 8 ounce fettuccine uncooked
  • 8 ounce Philadelphia Free fat-free cream cheese cubed
  • 2/3 c. fat-free lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil leaves crushed
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme leaves crushed
  • 1 sm tomato minced

Directions

  1. Cook bacon till crisp; drain. Add in mushrooms and onions to bacon in skillet; cook and stir 4 min. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine as directed on package in large saucepan; drain. Return fettuccine to saucepan; add in cream cheese, lowfat milk and seasonings. Cook and stir on medium heat till cream cheese melts.
  3. Toss bacon mix with fettuccine mix; sprinkle with tomato.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
