Turn out onto floured surface and knead gently 10 to 15 strokes.Roll dough into a rectangle 1/4-inch thick. Brush with remaining 1 tbsp bacon fat. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Roll up dough from long side, pinching seam to seal. Cut crosswise into 3/4-inch slices. Place in greased 9- inch cake pan. Brush tops with cream or possibly lowfat milk surface and knead 10 times. Pat or possibly roll to 1/2-inch thickness. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 min. If you like, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar while still warm.
