Using bagels has become a new way to make a sandwich! Toasted and buttered, this sandwich will melt in your mouth!

Directions
- Butter and toast your bagel.
- Cook your bacon to your preferred doneness.
- Smear both sides of your bagel with the cilantro and lime mayo (look in the recipe archives for this recipe)
- Build your sandwich by adding bacon, pepper jack cheese, avocado slices, tomato slices and salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!
