  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter with 1 c. brown sugar. Stir in oats, wheat flour, white flour,wheat germ, and orange peel. Press mix into bottom of an ungreased 9 x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine Large eggs, almonds, chocolate chips, dates, apricots, coconut and remaining 1/2 c.. brownsugar. Mix gently, but thoroughly. Pour over butter mix. Spread proportionately.
  3. Bake 30-35 min and cold before cutting into bars.
