Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • Prepare the following rub – it is enough for two full racks of ribs:
  • 8 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon black powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme
  • I cut my ribs into half-rack portions. (editor’s note: photos are from a time he was only making two racks and left them whole)
  • Place each half-rack on a long sheet of aluminum foil, liberally coat ribs with rub,
  • Braising liquid:
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic
