Ingredients
- 2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 5 c. oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 24 ounce chocolate chips
- 1 (8 ounce) Hershey bar, coarsely grated
- 3 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add in large eggs and vanilla. Mix flour and oatmeal in small amounts in blender till powdered form. Add in salt, baking pwdr and soda. Add in to creamed mix. Mix all ingredients. Add in chocolate chips, chocolate bar and nuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Make golf ball size 2" apart. Bake 375 degrees for only 5 to 6 min. ATTENTION: Don't OVERCOOK.
