Ingredients
- 4 lb Beef, cut into cubes
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Cider vinegar
- 2/3 c. Lime juice
- 1/2 c. Margarine, melted
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Dry mint flakes
Directions
- Combine all marinade ingredients. Add in meat and marinate 72 hrs, turning occasionally. Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
