  • 4 x pita bread rounds halved Avocado Salad (see recipe) Romaine lettuce leaves Tomato slices Alfalfa sprouts (optional)

Directions

  1. Spread 1/4 c. of Hummus inside each pita half. Spoon Avocado Salad proportionately into each half. Add in lettuce, tomato, and, if you like, sprouts. Serve immediately.
  2. This recipe yields 8 servings.
