Ingredients
- Â Â Hummus (see recipe)
- 4 x pita bread rounds halved
- Â Â Avocado Salad (see recipe)
- Â Â Romaine lettuce leaves
- Â Â Tomato slices
- Â Â Alfalfa sprouts (optional)
Directions
- Spread 1/4 c. of Hummus inside each pita half. Spoon Avocado Salad proportionately into each half. Add in lettuce, tomato, and, if you like, sprouts. Serve immediately.
