Directions
- Rinse pot with water, and do not dry (prevents sticking).
- Add milk, sugar, and rice and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add orange peel. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove the peel. Continue cooking until rice is done. Add raisins if desired. Beat 4 eggs until frothy and add into pot. Cook a few more minutes to cook eggs.
- Serve and enjoy!
